Buying a house on Costa Esuri
Hello - its been a while since i've been on here as I've had no lappy and I get so frustrated on my phone as I can see the threads properly.
Just looking for a bit of info - we are hopefully fingers crossed finally buying a house on Costa Esuri this next year - the one we have been hoping for may finally be up for sale :-) unless someone beats us to it :-( - i'm thinking that we have to have our NIE numbers before we can purchase a house - when are we best off getting it - sooner rather that later i'm presuming - also - what are the chances of us getting a mortgage in Spain - we both work - i'm in education and my hubbies a self employed builder - or can you get mortgages in England for a Spanish home ?????

You'll find that your questions have been asked by others on the Ayamonte Club sub-forum (qv), but the answers are Yes, Yes probably, and probably not - but good luck with your purchase.
