Buying in Benalmádena
Hi everyone
New on here!
We are looking at buying in the Benamadena area. We will not be living there permanently, are we okay to ask questions on an expat website? Just want to check first! 😌

Many of our members are in the same position as you are so will be able to answer your questions regarding temporarily living here but some of your questions can also be answered by permanent residents so fire away.

I would also check out the CAB Spain website where there is lots of info on the buerocratic processes.

but be aware, CAB spain is NOTHING to do with the citizens advice in the UK and its just a group of people who made up a website. Their "advice" should be backed up by official sources.

CAB in Spain is not part of Citizens Advice UK however I think it is more than what you say. It is a registered charity and as far as I see fills a good roll helping people in Spain. They often post official information. Of course as always check everything but they have only been mentioned as a fairly easy means to help OP familiarise themselves with some of the Spanish bureaucracy re buying owning property. I can't myself see anything wrong with that advise?
