Talking buying appartments in GC

Hi all, GRAN CANARIA is it best to buy an appartment on a comlpex? we are looking to purchase with the view to renting out for a while then move out permanently. Are there any reputable agents who guarantee rental pre fer southern gran canaria but really not to fussy, would need pool and good amenities and a little private outside space ie. balcony 1 or 2 bedroom, any help or advice would be fab. Have you got a private property for sale?

A complex may be best for your purpose with regard to rental management.

However the only way is to look around them yourself, especially at different times of day and speak to residents to find out if the complex as a whole is well managed and what the annual maintainance fees are etc.

Most complexes are classed as touristic and allow renting but there may be a few that dont where the residents place a high value on privacy, peace and quiet.

Under present circumstances I doubt if buying off-plan is such a good idea.
I am sure there will be a good choice of recent build good quality apartments available.
Be sure to get good INDEPENDANT legal advice and assistance if you do decide to buy.---- i.e. do not rely on the vendors or their lawyers.

Hi again, does anyone know what the property market is like at the moment, is it still stable or starting to go down like everywhere else?
