I think you've missed the point yourself.

Fake ones rarely point skyward and rather look and feel exactly what they are, rounded, unaturally firm and stuffed with silicone.

They can easily be spotted a mile away and the sight of them alone is pretty much a turn off for me.
As for the thought of having a mouthful of silicone. Ugh, repulsive. :thumbdown:

The genuine articles can look quite pert up to a certain age and very occasionally for a while longer. :thumbsup:
