We are looking for a busness Gestoria, english speaking, to advise re setting up a branch in Spain which will be based in Moraira. Finding ithard to discover how regulations etc differ from those in the UK! Any advice welcomes! In Portgugal and S. Ireland we have run our branches from the UK as far as legislation is concerned,a nd need to know if we can the same in sunny Spain.

Our experience is that running a company here in Spain is very different to running one either in the U.K. or The Netherlands, come to that. (we are expats from both of these countries). You do need professional advice that is for sure.

well not really you see ours doe not fit the requirements you are looking for.....

1. Ours is based in Galicia and is not local to you.
2. They may not have the experience you seemly are looking for i.e. import-export.
3. They do not Speak English.

Maybe you should look for one that fits your requirements in a larger city like Barcelona, Madrid or even Valencia.
