Bus/rail concessions for Brit pensioners.
Can I convert my British pensioner's travel pass for the equivalent in Spain? It's a joy to experience Spanish public transport, and it's even better to be able to dispense with the car altogether; so good is the bus service in Spain compared to home. I will be spending 6 months in Benidorm.

He should have that if he stays over 3 months and have to re-register when he returns to the UK.
