Even though I have lived here for 28 yrs....The level of this innocuous trait that is prevalent throughout the machinations of all local government never ceases to amaze and infuriate....I have spent 6 hours today in four different offices and the judges chambers and have achieved absolutely zero...

No wonder the Spanish government is one of the largest employers....They need all the staff they can possibly find as nigh on every right hand has no f##king idea what the left is doing.....Most individuals seemed to appear to be recovering patients of a crude lobotomy performed under the basic of conditions....And the arrogance, the sheer level of blatant superciliousness is astounding.....

I have to go through the whole process again on Monday. The moment you step into their arena, it is akin to moving into an asylum of incompetence.....

Right ....Feel a tad better now!
