Movistar and their 600mb fibre optic.
with sky.es you get : tendrás acceso a series, películas bajo demanda, documentales, contenido infantil y producciones originales.
Incluimos además los mejores canales de pago para tus opciones de entretenimiento sean infinitas: Fox, MTV, Calle 13, TNT, Nickelodeon, National Geographic, Comedy Central, AXN, AXN White, Fox Life, Canal Historia, SYFY, Disney Junior, TCM y Disney XD. Its €6.00 a month. You need their box to use sky's signals, but its only 5 euro at the moment, it was 24.99 a few months ago.
with netflix.com/es you get : Netflix dispone de una amplia biblioteca de originales de Netflix galardonados, títulos de anime, series de TV, documentales, largometrajes y otros contenidos. Ve todo el contenido que quieras, cuando quieras. its from €8.00 a month, and you need an android box or smart tv to use the application.

Why not get sky and netfix? No need to only have one.
When you have the android box to get netflix you'll get lots of apps to watch uk tv and films for free too.

Thanks. We have a smart tv so sounds like should be easy to get the programmes we want.

Ha, ha, it all depends how far you are from their 'box'. They told us that we could have 20Mb but when the engineer came he just laughed and said we're be lucky to get 1.5Mb

I suspect there will be no copper in the campo where you are moving to.
If and only in that is the case, Movistar offer a variety of packages called Radio Fusion e.g. Fusion internet. In effect it is a 4G sim in equipment fixed in the house. This is assuming you can receive a signal. That is assessed by the engineer.
from the kit they can offer you unlimited internet at a more than adequate speed to support tv streaming. Plus TV package, plus fixed telephone line plus one or two mobile phones. Have a look online . The internet element is on offer at the moment till this month end at circa 15 euros a month 12 month contract. Normal price is about 46 euros. You have to have a fixed line with it. The offer price maybe reflects falling industry prices.
we have had poor experiences with both movistar and orange 3g in usb sticks internet here in the past. As far as I can tell the 4g offering gets a good contention rate and thus does not slow down to snail pace during peak demand times ( 4 rush hours a day plus school kicking out times. We certainly get slower internet on our mobile phones at such times.

Really? They said they were in the Campo near Competa I think that was pretty precise. If you are lucky enough to have a phone line for ADSL 2 mb is about all you will get from Movistar.

However, some sky pay channels, and most of the main free channels, bbc itv c4 five, will need a very very large dish for where you are - unless you forgo watching them live and download via "on demand" on your sky box.
Best for price will be an android box with various apps for free streams, or MAG box and paid IPTV service. But this is not the best quality (picture or audio) or reliability (depends on your internet connection and provider) or legal (not from the broadcasters).

Most 'smart' TVs come with the Netflix app built in or you could cast from your phone to your TV. I've tried a couple of the Android/Kodi boxes and the results are very hit and miss, not worth messing about with IMHO. Once the OP sets up a VPN he'll be able to access all the UK catch up services.
