Brittish contact in Sax

Hello, I live in Finland and I have a cousin living in Sax. He's extremely hard to contact unfortunately. Now his mother has been hospitalised in London and I need him to get this info as soon as possible. Is there any possible contact in Sax who knows britts living in Sax? Either the son or the previous owner of his house as they have remained friends all these years. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me on this thing. I'm more than happy to share more information about the situation and the people I mentioned privately.

You'd have a better chance of getting a message to your cousin by contacting the local police there.
