Brittany Ferries Offer
 
Received an e-mail from Brittany Ferries with a limited pre-Christmas offer.

Return trip for car, cabin and two passengers at £249 for the period 1st Nov to mid Dec. Works out about half price. Might be of interest to some.

Use Brittany 2 or 3 times a year and they have not sent me an email!

Had a look on the website and it does not mention such a good offer but there are offers so maybe they are trying to mop up the winter trade following the withdrawal of PO from Bilbao.

Presume you mean via Santander.
Are they operating it all year round now?

Have read the offer again on the e-mail and it infers that the offer is only available going from the UK and returning back to the UK. Which may explain why you have not received any info.

Perhaps they may be intending to make a reciprocal offer, from and back to Spain, at a later date as it would seem odd if they didn't.

No our booking is usually from UK/Spain but only one way and we may travel back via France and the chunnel or ferry from Spain/France as we fancy.

That being the case you should be able to go onto the Brittany site and go to their special offers where you will find the uk to Spain and back again. I did it this morning to ensure that I had got it correct and it wouldn't let me make a booking from Spain to the UK and back.

We booked on Monday with no problem.

You can't book only one way it has to be return and if you don't use the return trip you don't get a refund which appears to be standard for Brittany special offers..
