All, yes, yes, depends.

You can get all channels in Spain.
Via satellite it depends where exactly you are in Spain, which will determine the required dish size.
For some areas, the required dish size is too large, so alternates, like "iptv / internet streaming" are used.

Yes.
Although for Now TV UK, you will need to use it in conjunction with a VPN / Smart DNS service to hide the fact you are trying to access UK only content outside the UK.

Yes.
Although content available varies from country to country.

Depends.
If you just want the free channels (BBC ITV C4 Five), then all you need is the equipment. No on going fees. But the inital outlay depends where you are and what sized dish you need.
If you want the pay channels, like Sky, then subscription prices are the same as in the UK.
If you go via "iptv / streaming" then it works out cheaper, simply as these are mainly pirated / third party streams.

Hola

I have an android Kodi box and can get British TV free. Many people subscribe to Filmon, or to a VPN to achieve a better / different service

Used to use Transponder, but switched to tvmucho a year or so ago. Easy to use app, full epg and can watch programs from the last 7days from the epg. Well impressed...

Alternatives are tvplayer and freeview apps, but you will need vpn/dns redirection for both. No need with tvmucho.
