british expat figures
 

I am very eager to find out how many expats are living in France, Spain and Italy. I can get hold of 'official' numbers, but clearly these are 20% of the actual total.

Does anyone have any good ideas??

As I said, I know 20% is about right, but are there any actual population estimates out there? Someone must have done a survey at some point?!

Thanks for all this guys and really dont want to seem ungrateful, but I think there is some confusion.

I am looking for British expat numbers in Spain, not general stats such as life expectancy, etc which has just been sent.

Does anyone have any ideas of any surveys/websites which might carry this info??

Send in your query, and perhaps they can direct you to a wider database?

These are the numbers of Migration for Spain I dont think they do it by nationality as yet but you may like to try Costa Blanca News as they might have numbers for Brits based here in Spain.

Yeah, but all the figures are just expats who have applied for Padron, the real figures must be thousandfold or more.
