Default Bringing Classic Car to Fuerteventura

I have a classic American Cadillac 1975 I want to bring to Fuerteventura. Any advice please ? If car registered in uk for 2 years, can i. Drive for 170 days without paying tax

No,

after 90 days you are obliged to sign on the list of foreigners (aka 'residencia') and then have a further 90 days to matriculate your vehicle (put onto Spanish plates).

As part of the matriculation process, there is a first registration tax to pay although I don't know how this works for older (classic) cars.
