I saw this on the CERA newsletter... the town hall are punishing us again with a new tax - according to CERA (who we CAN trust) this is not legal.
Years ago someone on the forum said that CE is seen as the area with the 'gold card'. And the town hall can keep milking the golden cow. We now have to pay an extra tax to use the sh**ty roads in CE!

VEHICLE ENTRANCE TAX
=justifyA tax is being levied to owners/residents of properties, which the Town Hall legally should not do. This tax is being sent predominantly to villa and plot owners whilst properties on urbanisations will pay though their respective management companies. The amounts involved are small and not all properties or urbanisations are being billed. The administration companies of each inter community should be getting the votes of their owners and opposing this as well. This would generate some numbers against the tax.
