Default breast cancer treatment

I know healthcare has been covered in various threads but I was hoping to hear from anyone who is currently having breast cancer treatments. I have to have a change of treatment....just as we're moving over to Spain...which will involve having injections every 28 days or 3 monthly, for the next 3 years.
Is anyone out there in the same position? I'm really in a quandry as to what to do for the best regarding travelling back every 3 months or swapping my health care to Spain for 2 years via the DWP E106 route..
Mary
