Bloody sick of ........
Rental agents, we are trying to move from Parcent to Javea as travelling to and from work is now very costly and our contract is up at the end of the month. I have contacted numerous agents who advertise long lets, some don't reply. some say holiday lets this time of year, others show you stuff that is nothing like you ask for. I feel sorry for the owners who are trying to let their places !
We are 3 working adults with 2 little dogs surely it can'tbe that difficult !!!

It is so sickening to be in the middle of that sort of thing. Hope you find somewhere soon.

know how you feel, we are going through the same thing
give them a positive list of requirements (not long or difficult) and they send you to places without enough bedrooms, with lots of bedrooms and only one toilet, last place the owner stood in unfinished house shell and said "well if you want it I will borrow the money to get some fittings put in".
how are these clowns paying their own rent and community - they can't be making much money with so many unhappy potential leters around
almost makes you want to start your own inmobiliaria

this last move is the first time I've used an agent, and although I've known them for years I have to say I wouldn't use them again

I wonder if they think all the Brits have just come in on the banana boat and will be easily fobbed of with all the rubbish they can't pass on to their own ppl.
