You get your building supplies from a builders merchant. I guess as you haven’t got mains water you live in the campo.

Have you paid for permission from your local town hall ? About 4% maybe of the builders price for doing the job even though you are doing it. You might also need an architects plans if a new roof is involved.

on the water do not assume you will hit an aquifer with a bore hole. Budget on 500 litres a day for two people. You can manage on less. Building uses a lot.
