Better to be Autonomo or employee?
Hi, I've had conflicting advice on this. Essentially I have had my own Ltd company since 2009. All my income is secured outside of Spain to my Ltd company. Am I better to be an employee of the company - and pay my income tax in Spain or as an autonomo?
From what I gather it is the latter as although I will end up paying the 350 euro a month social services. If I am an employee then I pay the income tax and the company must pay 30% towards social services. is this correct?
