Hi Guys and Girls,

We are planning on moving down in September before our daughter starts school (second week of September). We only just found out about the move this week, so are wondering what is best to do re finding a house.

Should we find a property now during the high season? Benefit being we can relax knowing we have a house/apartment. Or should we wait until later in the summer when the high season is ending? (con being we will then be under more pressure)

Would love to know your thoughts on how the rental market acts.
