Hi, can anyone tell me the best places in spain to sell art, I want to come over for a year or two so need to get a long term rental property, but not sure where abouts to live, i'm an artist so need to be close to somewhere I can sell my art, maybe in shops or at markets on the street, so need an arty town or city. hope someone can come up with ideas, danni

Talk with Lost Photographer, he's a member here, he does something similar. I think you might struggle, many like minded people are already living in Spain trying to do the same thing.

The other place to look is Altea on the Costa Blanca. It's a really 'arty' place full of art shops and galleries etc.

Aracena! Tierra del Arte it says under the Ruta del Jamon sign. Admittedly it's in a scrawl only a 5 year old would be proud of!

Plenty of retired rich in the Javea area want to learn!
