Best Credit Card for ex-Eurozone Payments?
Obviously this is a hypothetical/future question, as currently there are massive travel restrictions. Does anyone know of a credit card that has a low or zero fee for payments outside of the Eurozone? In the in the UK I have a Halifax product that allows this, but I think it’s time now consolidate my finances in Spain.
I bank with Bankinter, and, on the whole I have been very happy with them and find their customer service to be very good. However, their lowest rate card charges a 3% commission. When travel returns, I will be spending a fair amount of time both in the UK and the US due to work commitments and it would be good to avoid that commission. I have seen that BBVA offer a Viajes card but there doesn’t seem a way to get it if you don’t already bank with them.
