By help I mean the worst scenario like getting ill, because my Spanish language skills won't be so good to have a proper conversation in the Spanish language. It feels more comfy when you know there are people you can talk to special when you don't know anybody. Though you're right going to the local expat bars to meet people or/and joining the U3A. I think I'll leave it with the caravan and stick to my plan at first going on a longer holiday to Spain, looking around, visiting expat bars and some activities of U3A and make some contacts.
