Benalmadena - Arenal Golf Complex
 

Can anyone tell me if they know this complex? Only, i think i might have found a lovely apartment to rent but would really like some first hand recommendations before i part with any money!

Looks quite nice from the road, if it is the one on the road from Benalmadena to the Pueblo, just up from Tivoli world.
Fairly quiet but close to everything.

I go past it quite a bit and it does look good.
Its just to the right of this roundabout, where the flags are. :D

oh that's fantasitc - i was thinking it further away than that! its 800 euros a month for a 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor garden apartment. Brand new and really nicely decorated.

Do you think that price sounds about right?

Hi, think the price is fair, you can get some cheaper places in the Pueblo, but they are much older, it is a good area as out of the Benalmadena Costa (tourist) area (just) and only a short drive, or long walk into Arroyo

Prices are always going to be more expensive on a golf complex though .... do you get use of the club?

Seen some on that development for 750 euros in sur in english, may depend on furniture etc. but you could try an offer, lots of places to rent.

Sorry Arenal golf is opposite those flags I said :o
I took some pics this morning with me phone so a bit blurry...
1 + 2 are Arenal.
3 is Benal golf.
4 +5 are the new hospital opposite Arenal.
