BBC setback service 27.5w /11495v - NOT Working.

Hi all, I've been using this for the last ten years. Updated the receiver to a GT media V8 x a year ago to get Hd. Just arrived on holiday located Spain/ Portugal border ( Ayamonte) and no signal? I have a horrible feeling the boss codes have changed or it's moved frequency,? It was working just before Easter? Does anyone have any information?

The service was removed from Intelsat at 27.5w back in early April 2024, which confirmed the rumours of changes back in late 2023
The service has moved to another satellite, Telstar at 15west. However it is on a signal beam that many locations in the south of Spain / Portugal can now no longer receive, either because their dish is now too small to receive the signals, or that they are in a location where the signals that it is now on are competing with other similar signal on a much stronger beam.
