Bank account for non-res child
I want to open a Euro account for my non-resident 4 year old nephew.
Enquiries so far seem to suggest that only a resident child can have a bank account.
Anyone know of any banks that do non-res accounts for kids?

When I asked some time early this year about my 9yo, who has lived in Spain since he was four, they wanted an NIE - which he doesn't have simply because when we moved there seemed no need for him to given that I did and my OH did. And he'd got a school place anyway. That was Unicaja. I didn't pursue it. I'll be watching this thread!!
