Thanks Jerseygirl, finally found new thread.
Please can anyone help, am looking for a Balay Appliance Engineer in the Costa del Sol, we are in Nueva Andalucia but anyone along the coast would be helpful.

You really should have started this thread in the Spain forum, which is where JG did point you, not 'The Lounge', much more likely to get help there than here which is really for general topics, and often they are treated rather irreverently, perhaps a nice mod can move it for you.

As you can tell, I am quite new on this forum and have found it a lot more difficult than another forumI am on. However I will persevere and get there.

I think that Balay is made by Bosch so maybe worth looking out for their engineers. You could go and ask at your nearest electrical appliance suppliers.

I've found that with many appliances the cost of repairs/service is often more than the cost of a new one.
