Bakery equipment

I am opening a bakery and confectioners later in the year ,does anyone know of anywhere i can purchase equipment or do i need to import it all

How strange. I've just bought a bakery to reform into appartments.

What exactly are you looking for? It may be that the previous owners will be looking to sell some of their equipment.

No problem, I'll get in touch with them ans see what they have. I know they won't have an oven as theirs is built into the rock with a 6m revolving stone!!!
