Ayamonte waterpark y local elections

It is incomprehensible, and out of any ethics, that an Administration, and his maximum representative, takes advantage of the theoretical desire of a businessman to open a business, to appropriate of own functions of the businessman and not of the Administration, in election period.

How can say the Mayor, who opens a job placement office?
He should be the businessman, who have opens and judge the one who will must be employed at his Company.
Is there really to a businessman, ó there can be other persons behind the project? The terrible of the political Spanish system, it is that some of them have lost the shame, and they do not deserve to have the vote of the ethical persons.

The past Wednesday, April 29th, 2015, appeared this news in the press (http://huelva24.com/not/70355/ayamonte-abrira-el-proximo-lunes-una-bolsa-de-empleo-para-trabajar-en-el-futuro-parque-acuatico/).

12.57 h. The Water park of Ayamonte will carry the creation 171 direct employments during his functioning, of which 134 will be discontinuous, besides other 49 induced ones during the phase of construction of the swimming pools and the annex recreative zones and of restoration.

The mayor of Ayamonte, Antonio Rodríguez Castillo, has received with satisfaction the news of the ending on the part of the Junta de Andalucia of the administrative processing of the future Water park, which will be located in the Finca de Las Cabezuelas, as soon as it has received this week the last report of the Delegación Territorial de la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Ordenación del Territorio de la Junta de Andalucía.

The first councillor has indicated that " satisfied yes, but that it is not logical that we go two years and a half of processing. It has been exasperating to know that in your town an investor is waiting to leave 10 million Euros in the municipality, and many working places, and to have to wait all this time ".

The alderman ayamontino has added that next Monday, in Commission of Government, will be able to approve definitively this project and so that the businessman could begin the project. In Rodríguez Castillo's words, " in all that we approve on Monday this project, we will open a job placement office in order that all the persons could allow that they it should wish his curriculum ".

Finca de las Cabezuelas is Costa Esuri and was our first address in Spain. When we went for our NIE to Huelva we had to give an address in Spain not knowing any I quickly glanced at the Fadesa material I noted Finca dlC address for Fadesa and gave that.
Where it was physically I am not sure some say a Finca is just a large area of land others probably expats think it is land plus a house and in that case there would be two candidates. On the west course the was a derilict house around the 9/10 which was added to and rebuilt and is now the greenkeepers compound. On the east course there is a derilict building alongside the 18th so there are a couple of candidates but no certainty.

According the informations edited (Ayamonte abre una bolsa de empleo para el futuro Parque Acuático | Huelva Buenas Noticias, Periódico digital de Huelva y provincia centrado en informaciones positivas), you can see the Finca.
I think that it is the ones were is the Fadesa center, because if you look the address of Codelsur, that is at the ground of this center, has the same address: Fica Las Cebezuelas.
At he North there is a road, at the South is the motorway, to the west is the prawn areas, an the east is the raod to Costa Esuri.
At the anexx you can see the area, and the explanation.

Alberto
