Some more shots... attached. Click space bar or left right keys:

Mornings at Laguna and some stunning sunrise/sunsets at CE (photos don't do it justice).

BTW we are still sleeping with our terrace door open at night, as its warm enough to sleep in the totally FRESH and jasmine (?) scented air. Mid November amazing!!

Aaah we must be 'hot in bed'

We had one really cold night last week, but I dont think the outside temp has gone below 16-17 at night..... often more. Tonight we heard that it will be lovely and warm tomorrow (as it was today 23C walked/paddled M Gordo beach for an hour).. but the nights will progressively get colder to 9C by the end of the week.... when the thermals and bed socks will make their return!

We read Jon's post and thought we might be able to swim in the pool when we come over next week then read the response and are none the wiser. We will just have to wait and see ...

The forecast for the rest of this week is that nightime temperature slowly declines below 10*. Our experience is that with the shorter days and the lower night temps the pool temp without a cover is to uncomfortable. We have swum down to 18* and on one occasion 16* but that was cold. However the sea is warm this year and people are still swimming at Monte Gordo and I have been in there on Dec 4th two years ago!

Day time temps are also going down from Sat to the high teens so best bring warm clothing.

Thanks for the warning although I suspect we will consider high teens to be positively hot hahahaha

Some of my OH favourite flowers are the 'Mimosa' (fr).. in fact we have done the 'route du mimosa' (RDM) in France (and Italy) - to see them.

However in March in our area there are loads of Mimosa trees all over the place - more even than on the RDM. Also all along the m-way

So we took some photos - attached... mainly of the Mimosa trees/flowers: Just hit space bar or left/right arrow keys.

Kirsten insists that we plant mimosa as part of the garden plan so your delightful better half should be well pleased but not done yet!
