Have you found your maps yet?
Try this: www.cnig.es
CENTRO NACIONAL DE INFORMACION GEOGRAFICA - CARTOGRAFIA.
The following scales mean nothing to me, but I thought you'd know:
1:50,000, 1:100,000 and 1:200,000 maps are available.
One of the Rough Guides has a bibliography on Hiking.

Thanks for this Carol - all adds to the knowledge - one to add to the favourites. I need to start keeping a better record of the useful bits of info contributors from this site provide.
No not had time to do any more work on tidying up my first attempts - just a useful list of places to be explored I suppose. It is a useful URL you have provided and great that it translates to English although I still do not really follow it and as a fairly novice speaker of Spanish it means taking the web pages to my Spanish night class for a fuller translation but yes the scales given suggest useful maps may be purchased online - does anyone know what we actually ask for when ordering in a bookshop- Spanish equivalent to ordance survey maps? In exploring the site I found an amazing section that shows digital images in detail of sections of Spain - marked in blue boxes. These show details of these areas but there are none in the immediate areas of Ayamonte. I perhaps need to spend a bit longer exploring all the other sections - have had some problems with viewing parts - seems to need a load of extra plugins.

Hi Keith
Your request was bought to my attention via a close friend of mine who lives and works in Ayamonte.
My husband and I have have a wonderful two bedroom flat to rent on Costa Esuri and would be very interested in helping out your friend. Is she still looking?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Wendi.

She wants to rent an apartment for 18 months/2 years whilst her apartment is being built. She has approached several apartment owners who advertise their apartments for rent and they have all knocked her back because they only do short term rents.
She is all by herself and is getting a bit depressed because she can't find anything. She would consider Isla Canela, Costa Esuri or Ayamonte town. As she is alone she would only need 2 bedrooms (one for her, one for guests).
She is quite fussy about quality - came from a good home in the UK and isn't very good at "slumming it", but as long as it was somewhere clean, modern and well furbished she would take a look. She would also need to work from home so a telephone line with ADSL capability would be essential.
If anyone thinks they can help out, could you PM me and I will pass your details on to her.
Thanks.

HELP!!
Since we moved to Part IV I have not received any emails advising me of new entrances and I have to sign in each time. When I do log in I always end up back at Part III Do I have to do something to ensure I get the updates and return to were I left?

Apartment and townhouse owners can now pick up their barrier keys from the shed. Im not sure when the barriers are going down, but better to be prepared.

I am trying to get up to date and a quick flick through the remaining pages did not identify the answer to my concerns so can anyone advise.
Is the water turned off on M3 as I am due out next week with friends and would like the water to be available so can anybody confirm if the water is disconnected until we have a contract with the water company? Does anyone have the contact details of the water company and how long before the water was running again? Did Fadesa inform any of the owners or there solicitors?
Lots of questions but the answer is out there somewhere.
I will be trying to contact Paula to see if any of the snagging list have been done, so will also ask about the water.
Cant wait to get out to CE again. Mind you last time I looked, the forecast for the 16th was 15c hope it warms up before we get there.
All the best Dennis
