I'd like to discuss why we need a separate chat room, when it was just easy to ramble inanely on one rolling thread.

(Although you have made this MUCH more complicated now you gave us a whole sub-forum ahead of anywhere else in Spain. Botten Rastards!)

Now I know I'm easily confused - ask Lynnxa, RM, ... but as jur says, why? what's with Ayamonte that, por ejemplo, Fuengirola, or Nerja, or Madrid, or Platja d'Aro, haven't got?

This is the thing. These wuckfits have been given their own sub-forum, and they still haven't worked out how to use it. And as you say, why should they get it when other areas have nothing? Simple answer, the other areas have people who can manage to navigate their way around a simple forum so for them there is no necessity to baby step them through it.

"Ayamonte Chat" could be also where folk can chatter on about anything as the sun sets (supposedly) last here in the West. Not sure about Galicia?:unsure:

Yep, We have the Ayamonte photograph album, all photo´s welcome! Still waiting for a few good ones of the Roman Mausoleum, anyone been inside?

What I fail to understand is the that thread "Ayamonte chat" is placed in siesta time instead of the Ayamonte club/clique/us lot.

Referring to another post, perhaps a bit of a jealous one, Fionamw.... Anyone can start a new thread, just call it "Torrevieja chat" or "Stuck Up finca owners chat"

Jur, I put it there because Siesta Time is the place on the Spain forum for non specific "Chat" posts.

Contrary to what some might think, the Ayamonte Club is part of the BE Spain Forum.

This is too much to take. I thought the 100,000+ members you spoke of were just on the Ayamonte area.

Fiona, wasn´t meant personally, what sickens me is that currently a lot of new(er) posters are from this area and therefore are new to Spain and its rules and regulations. That´s why from this area come loads of questions about all kinds of subjects, but somehow there´s a couple of long time residents and forum members who are taking a great deal of joy in slagging people off for asking about the way to go about where it comes to eating out, matriculating a car, getting a NIe, or even for the mere reason they have bought in Costa Esuri, or can´t use a forum properly....

New home owners are posting here to look for info not just a chat, there in the same boat some of us came in years ago.
