Avatar pictures?

Is it possible that one of you nice people out there could do me a nice picture for my avatar. There are some great avatars around but I dont know how to start looking for them, let alone getting the right size for BE.

Now I know this will be hard for some of you, but no rude ones please ;)

Now is it just me or does the "glitter" thing conjure images of a pixilated gentlemans weapon?
