Are autonomo charges a deductible expense?
i.e. do they reduce your taxable income for the year by the amount you've paid?

My gestor seems to think they are a deductible expense but the tax office is currently arguing that they aren't.

wouldn't a company be entitled to put down as an operational cost?
if that is the case surely an individual should also be allowed it
