august beach rental.
I have friends who wish to rent a beach apartment
from anywhere from estepona to costa de la luz. coast! 2 adults and 1 child,for 1 week in August. what kind of price's can they expect to pay? Thanks. |

Depends entirely on the standard they want, it can range from several hundred a week up to a couple of grand! We like something decent and I always go with private owners, try something like Owners Abroad, Holiday Lettings etc, there are loads out there. If they want the cheaper end, a travel agent might be better, everything will be arranged for you. They might be in for a surprise regarding price though, apart from all the UK schools being on holiday, it's the month most of the Spanish are on holiday as well. Also if they are in UK, have a look in any decent newsagents, there are several magazines that do just holidays in Spain now, have a read at your leisure.
