Does anyone know of any local (Gran Canaria) au pair agencies?

Or does anyone have any personal recommendations?!

Hi there,
I don't know if you have already looked into this google search, but if you type in "au pair empleo gran canaria", or "cuidado de ninos gran canaria", there are several options available. Here is one:

My gut feeling, however, is to seek advice and/or recommendations from any of your local college/career advice centres, especially ones that have child care studies. You can't be too safe nowadays.
In the past, a look at the jobs section of "The Lady" magazine proved useful.

Hi again Noel,
I have realised, only by reading your other thread, that you are asking about hiring an au-pair, not becoming one yourself? Sorry, I'm a bit slow this morning!
Just reverse the strategy and ask at local colleges in La Palma (I think the link I posted has addresses of same.)

Heheheheh I didn't even twig!

I'm a 6'5, 23 Stone skinhead and have three kids of my own (+1 in the oven). I can only shudder to imagine who'd hire me as an aupair. Britney Spears maybe...
