architect wanted around costa tropical area
can anyone recommend a good architect around the costa tropical area

What are you planning to do? I do know some architects there but which one would be best would depend on what you wanted done.

the cortijo is in moderate condition but adjoining it is stables and storage sheds which i plan to convert into the rest of the house. the floor needs ripping out and then block and beam it, that is the only strutural work really need doing. above this new floor will be a large living area which goes out onto a roof terrace which just needs tidying up with tiling etc. the rest is just designing the layout of the new living area also designing a pool area, hopefully project managing the building work,and applying for all of the licences needed, its not a huge job i would say the project is £20k.
