Apple reseller / repair - iPad
Hey All,
Is there any kind of Apple reseller or engineer in Ayamonte ? Parents having issues with an iPad.. and it's difficult to solve from the UK! .. I'm pretty sure it's a simple issue, but without touching it, I can't really do much!

Thanks for the suggestions all.. they did go and see Waylon, but he just tried charging with his charger and got no where.. In the end it's ok I managed to guide Dad remotely into putting the iPad into DFU mode, restored the iOS, and we're now just setting up the iPad with a backup from iCloud.. pain when you're trying to explain it over the phone, but seems to be working..!

Or you could log an online request for Apple to call your folks and get support 👍🏼

it's an iPad II .. so wouldn't be eligible for that level of support. It's ok all back up and running, and all information restored from iCloud .. so all good!
