Apartments opposite Buddhist Stupa

Apartments opposite Buddhist Stupa
I went to the Buddhist Stupa in Benalmadena Pueblo and couldn't help noticing lots of the apartments opposite are for sale and also every estate agent seems to have one or two up for rent there. With such lovely views of the sea and Buddhist stupa (well for me anyway) I wonder if there is something wrong with those apartments, why so many are empty, no point in me asking an estate agent that question, so does anyone on here know anything about them?

They look ok. Would think you would need a car. Not just there that apartments are empty it's the same all over andalucia

Busy road fronting them, and you would be living on a building site.
Plenty better around for less money.
