Apartment in Seville or Madrid?

Apartment in Seville or Madrid?
I am planning to visit either Madrid or Seville in October for just one week with my family. It is proving difficult to find an appropriate place for the rates quoted. Does anybody know of a decent apartment in either of these two cities?

I haven't stayed there yet so the apartments may not be as nice as they look, but I have booked apartments in both cities for trips later this year, through www.booking.com - Apartamentos Candilejas in Madrid, and Sleepin' Sevilla (awful name I know, but it is a penthouse apartment with its own terrace which looks good). I like to stay in apartments where possible, not because we cook but we like the additional space and being able to make a cup of coffee or have a bottle of wine in the fridge.
