Default Any good dentists in Town ?

My dentist is up near Sevilla, I lost a piece of tooth this morning and need a dentist. Anybody use one in Ayamonte ? PS I hate dentists with a passion from past experience so need a very sympathetic one :-(

I had a filling fall out and a bit of tooth break off. I got it sorted at the dentist just off Laguna Sq. He seemed pretty good to me, the guy is in his low thirties I'd guess. Its upstairs via a doorway just to the right of the Puerta Ancha resto. Receptionist speaks no english, but the dentist speaks a bit. That was a year ago and its been fine. Can't remember the price but it was cheaper than Uk where a single filling is now a level 2 charge of circa £51. Would have no hesitation in using him again.

I have used this dentist and would not recommend him. I am having to have corrective work done after he put in ill-fitting crowns

To be fair ill fitting crowns could be partially down to the quality of the dental laboratory that made them and is a much more complex proposition to a comparitively simple filling........Keith

I found 2 good dentists in VRSA if you don't mind a quick trip across the ferry. I broke a tooth a couple of weeks ago but couldn't find a dentist with a little English in Ayamonte but did in VRSA (in fact one of them is British).
Good temporary cap using modern UV technique cost €50.
Both dentists can be found at the top end of Rue Humberto Delgado (near the pay car park).
But the Brit dentist does seem to take long siestas so go in the morning or after 16:00 (Portugal time)

yes, the lab is responsible for the quality of the crown. BUT the dentist is ultimately responsible for fitting them.. They should have been re-done with new impressions, not fitted.
