Are you expecting an architect, who is registered to work in Spain to write on this forum?

I would imagine that the OP is quite reasonably anticipating that another/other forum members will have had dealings with a Spanish based architect who could assist him/her.

Not a helpful posting to say the least. If I was asking for a plumber for example, I wouldn't necessarily be expecting a plumber to 'write on this forum' as you put it, rather perhaps for someone to be recommended or suggested.

Actually, from his posting on another forum, he WAS expecting to find an architect on the forum!

Thanks for that, but does that mean if I'm not an architect but I know of one to recommend he wouldn't require a response? Rhetorical question I appreciate.

An unsolicited recommendation could be construed as advertising but if the recommendation is in response to a request for a recommendation from another poster that's fine by me.
