Any advice on relocating to Gib/Spain glady received!

Any advice on relocating to Gib/Spain glady received!
My husband has accepted a job in Gib so we are looking to up sticks really ASAP. Just wondered if anyone has any hints and tips? My main queries:
Do they have an NHS equivalent in Gib? (inc dentist)
Also how will income tax work if we live in Spain but work in Gib?
Can we use our UK driving licences?
How do we get our cat there?! he has had the rabies jab and has a passport but wondered if anyone has moved a cat and has any tips? Do landlords tend to accept pets?
Also can anyone recommend what type of bank account we may need ie spending euros in Spain and GBP in Gib, dont want to be penalised on with drawing 'foreign' currencies.
And finally (sorry!) can anyone recommend the cheapest way on getting our stuff from the UK, we are only really looking to bring our bed and a few boxes of bits, no other big furniture.
