Any advice on Bunol...??
 

Does anyone hear live in or near Bunol... I am thinking of buying a small property there in the campo... it looks nice but would like to know if Bunol is a nice place to live... thanks xx Jan x

I live not far away, but more towards the coast,where it's slightly warmer in Winter if that's important.
I don't care much for Bunol itself, though it is handy for the A3 Madrid Valencia highway and no doubt there are some pleasant outlying places close by.

If you prefer to be closer to the coast and Valencia there are some nice campo type places in the Montroy Monserrat area or just a little further out near Turis which is a nice little town and for me personally would be the furthest distance I'd want to be from the coast.

well we're off to visit the property today... I still don't know if there are any expats living in or Nr Bunol... which is slightly worrying... oh well... let's see what the house is like.... x

Don't forget the ñ for Buñol, I live in Albuñol and everyone leaves it off lol good luck and enjoy :thumbup:
