another random question.
 

i recently married, while we were over sorting everything out i hadn't changed my name on my passport so nie and rental contract for apartment went in my maiden name. Is it too late to change to my married name now? If i now return to spain in my married name is it possible to change it or will it be too much agro?
also my daughter changed her name by deedpoll to my husbands name, is this gonna cause confusion over there, ie passport having different name from her birth certificate when i enrol her in school etc or wil they recognise the deepoll certificate?

Don't know the answer to your question, but just as an aside did you realise (I was told this on another forum) that all your children need separate NIE numbers, and to be registered separately on the padron?
I doubted it at first, but it came from a reliable source.

You may need a certain stamp on her birth certificate, it's called an apostle or something. The british consulate in Malaga were really helpful with this, it may be worth giving them a ring. The requirements change from town to town, and every body has to stamp everything!
