Annoying new fluorescent ads
 
Is anyone else being really bugged by the new flashing fluorescent ads that have appeared on BE?

So far today I have been the 10,000th visitor, 999,999th visitor and the millionth visitor to this website! And I have won shed loads of prizes!

Do they really have to be here?????

Looks like we will all be fighting over the title of 10.000th visitor etc and have to share out the prizes too.

You mean what they told me wasn´t true??!!!

I´m not sharing with ANYONE! I wrote the post first so it´s MINE.

I get them all the time when logged on to BE at work, but never seen one on this PC. They are VERY annoying and you can´t seem to shut them off.

I don't see them.
Try this Keith, this may be why I don't see them. It's free and works on most of those annoying ads.. :)

The link says it´s for blocking pop-ups. These ads aren´t pop-ups, they are just there at the top and and the side of the page. Do you not see any ads at all? even the non fluorescent ones?

Can anyone throw any light as to why we are getting different results?
