No, that´s just your take on it. I see absolutely nothing natural in it. Far from it. But you´re entitled to your opinion the same as I am. I like your argument though, that animals do it, so that makes it OK. Male lions frequently kill cubs that aren´t theirs, so it´s OK for us to kill kids that aren´t ours. What a silly argument.
A natural thing is something that happens in nature. That's all. To kill children is against the law, and against all civilised reasoning, but civilisation itself is unnatural, unless you count an ant colony as a civilisation. |

Well if you think it`s that natural, then surely it should be you explaining why it`s unnatural for me to take a girl friend home and not want to shag all her brothers as well. ;);) Could you take into consideration that normal and natural are different, and that a given population contains a wide spectrum of sexualities from asexual to homo and hetero with every shade inbetween? At no point did anyone except the hard of thinking say that if something is natural it means everyone has to do it. |

Well. I think that's a natural full stop don't you Bill. You'll never educate the god-botherers!
Or you could say, quite rightly that as soon as people cleave to a belief system, whether it's xtianity, ufos or whatever, they switch off their higher brain functions and abandon critical reasoning forever. As soon as you dare point out that homosexuality is a natural phenomenon, all the little bigots crawl out of the woodwork shrieking their disgust. None of them stop and think about the meaning of the word 'natural'. Sad, innit? |

You quoted my question but I didn`t see an answer, too hard of thinking for you was it ?
Your question went as follows "surely it should be you explaining why it`s unnatural for me to take a girl friend home and not want to shag all her brothers as well" At no point did I say that it was natural, unnatural or whatever for you as a particular individual to want to shag anything, animal, human or otherwise. Whether you want to shag her, her brothers or them all, singly, jointly or in pairs, that would be natural. So your question has no meaning or sense to it. A bit like you, I suppose. What I said was that homosexuality is natural, ie, it happens in nature. I did take the trouble to point out that just because something is natural, it doesn't mean that ou have to do it, but hey, why bother to read what I write when you are in such a hurry to try and put me down. Moron baiting is fun, but sad when you look at the intellects it tends to expose, whether that's the snobs or the hard of thinking like you. Y'awl have a nice day now..... |
