Default Alicante to Benidorm

Hi All

Help needed please

Can anyone suggest the best method of getting from Alicante Airport to Benidorm in December 2011.

Or do you know of anyone with a 10 seater minibus?

There will be 10 adults travelling.

Any help most gratefully recieved.

Thanks in advance

Chris

It’s quite an easy journey by public transport, a short bus journey from the airport to Alicante bus station, and a further short journey to Benidorm.

Various private operators also provide coach transport from the airport.

Alternatively, three taxis from the airport, it’s a short and relatively cheap journey and will take you direct to the hotel.

If I was travelling with a group of ten adults, I would opt for the three taxis, there are always sufficient taxis at the airport.

There's a bus from the airport direct to Benidorm bus station. You can check ALSA's web site for timetables.

Best get the direct bus to Beni.if you can.
Alicante bus station is a very dodgy place, especially for new arrivals.

The bus is 50 mins to benidorm bus station then on another 5 mins to the "europa" stop for €8 but only runs every 2 hrs after 3pm.
http://www.shuttledirect.com do a return private transfer for €60 for 4 pax door to door. Beware of some coach transfers as you can be waiting for another plane to come in before they leave! Also it can end up driving all round Beni dropping different people off at different hotels! Look on "tripadvisor" benidorm forum for infohere
