Anybody on here livin in Alcossebre? Thinking of coming over there so need some advice.

My ex missus has an apartment at Las Fuentes, and I've got the ok to come over for a couple of months, probably after Christmas. And possibly to move out permanently.
I'm planning to drive down as I have a dog so was wondering what local facilities are like for pets, i.e. vets, boarding kennels (in case I have to fly back for any reason.)
Also what's it like in winter/spring? Does it get very quiet or is there still some social life going on.
