Re: advice please on sky tv
It could be due to a load of reasons. You should call the men back as they clearly haven't done the job properly.
Otherwise here goes 1. Does the LNB, the thing pointing at the dish, have two ouputs and one cable connected to two boxes. 2. What happens when you change the boxes over. If it has two outputs and your house box works in the Casita then it is a box problem. Firstly, Press services on your remote then 4 ( system set up ) then quickly press 01 select. This brings you to an installer screen . Go to 6 which is called new installation and press select 3 times. You will see a message saying Astra channel scan, wait until this done and then you will see a message saying `no default transponder found`. Press select and type in the new fequency 12207 then go down and `save new settings `.Press select until astra channel scan starts and then wait until this is done and you should see a message saying `channel line up complete. Press backup on your remote 4 times which will bring you back to normal TV. If this doesn't work repeat using 11778 Best Loco
