Advice needed urgently
 

The company that sold me my property in Spain arranged everything as they do, now it has come to signing the finally paperwork they have told me the bank who offered me the mortgage has withdrawn the offer, even though I have been dealing with them here in the UK. And they have transfered a large amount of money out to the builder through this bank which the property company set up for me to use. Nothing has changed with my circumstances they are the same as when I started. My main concern is the contract been sign with the builder months ago and the money was paid to him from this property company.

Are you sure it's not something as simple as the mortgage offer running out and you may just have to re-apply.. Mortgage offers only usually stand for 6 months in uk don't know about spain?
